LONDON: Google Nexus 10 users have been facing with an audio trouble on their device after updating to the Android 5.0 Lollipop.
The audio issue is not only a speaker problem; users are also having trouble with the audio when plugging their headphones into their devices. Users are currently discussing their audio frustrations and are trying to find solutions in the Google Product Forums.
Google’s support staff is reportedly trying to resolve the audio issue. Some are suggesting that Google Nexus 10 users try rebooting their tablet. In the Google Product Forums, users said they have gotten their audio to work again after rebooting the tablet about 5 to 6 times. Another suggestion is to try to run the tablet in safe mode. If the sound does work while in safe mode, then an audio problem is being caused by an app. You should try uninstalling the most recent app, which can be done by visiting the ‘My Apps’ list on your Google Play Store account. Or, you can always check to make sure the volume on your Google Nexus 10 is turned up in the sound settings.
